Application:
-
EPDM Poured Rubber flooring is applied after the concrete surface is thoroughly cleaned. A layer of primer is applied to the cleaned surface. This application ensures a firm bond between the concrete surface and the SBR rubber product applied on top.
-
After the primer application, a mixture of SBR rubber granules and polyurethane BINDER is prepared using a mixer. This mixture is then applied on top of the primer in the desired thickness. The curing time for this application is approximately 12 hours.
-
The EPDM and Polyurethane BINDER mixture, prepared in the mixer, is applied on top of the SBR rubber granules in the desired thickness. This application is done in desired colors and patterns, turning the imagined and designed floor into reality.
